Mt. Baruntse , 7125m.
Mt. Baruntse of 7125m, lies between Everest and Makalu.Mt. Baruntse is not so technical mountain, even you need mountaineering experiences,In terms of snow and Ice climbing, you can climb the peak on the basis of camp I and Camp II . All the way up to top you need fixed rope.When returnt back, you need fixed rope, it is fixed by your climbing sherpa or you can manage your self as well , if you didn't take climbing guide you can do that yourself.
Accessible its base camp either you can head from Tumlingtar or from Lukla. If you take route of Lukla or from Khumbu side it takes around 11 to 12 days to get base camp and if you take route of Tumlingtar, it is a bit challenging route for the porters consequencely you will reach camp I or East Col.Which is around 6150 m. elevation.Then you can climb the peak.
If you follow the route of Khumbu side, after 11,12 days walking you will get Barutse base camp which is about 5350m. elevation, then you can acclimatise properly for the proposed peak. After summited the peak you can pass the Amalaptse/ amlapse, where you can enjoy some sherpa villages and lots of panoramic view of the mountains.Then your trip will end in Lukla.
