Island peak is the most climbed peak, this peak is located in the lap of the Mt. Lhotse...this is not very difficult peak.

Climber can climb from the base camp to summit directly. Some clients climb from high camp too.clients require good climbing gears,one or two night a as camping accommodation should allocate in the Island peak base camp ( while going one night and coming back one night ). each year numerous group attempt to climb the summit of the Island peak. Island peak has three parts,such as 1. mixed rock part, 2. After used Crampons walking part on the snow and Ice then climber should scale the first step ice wall at the slop of the approximately 45 /50 degrees. 3. then is started second ridge or step,it leads to the narrow summit of the Island peak. The following super views can be seen from the top of the Island peak,such as Lhotse mountain, Mt. Baruntse, peak 38. Mt. Chopolu, Mt.Ama Dablam. Mt.Thamserku............ and much more.further more clients can see panoramic landscape of Imja valley, glaciers........ etc....rest of information will be provided on request.


Itinerary

 

 01: Kathmandu to Lukla flight and trek to Phakding same day.

 02: Phakding to Namche Bazar

 03: Namche Bazar rest day or reserved day,

04: Namche Bazzar to Tengboche, good and the bighest monastery in the Khumbu region.

05: Tengboche to Dingboche

 06: Dingboche to Chukung, very short day, it takes only two an half hours.

 07: Chukung to Island peak Base Camp: It takes approximately 4 hours,

08: Base Camp to Summit and get back to the Base Camp, or Chukung

09: Chukung to Dingboche

10: Dingboche to Namche

11: Namche to Lukla
 
12 : Lukla to Kathmandu fly out
