There are some souveniour shop, pool house, international telephone services etc are good in Namche Bazzar. 04: Namche Bazzar to Tengboche: Tengboche is the best monastery where interested people can get lots of information about Buddhism, Tengboche monastery is belong to the Ngingmapa Buddhism Sector.Where Guru Rinpoche is the main statue inside the monastery. In Tengboche Monastery, you will learn about forest, animals, mountains and overall monks and Sherpa people. 05: Tengboche to Dingboche: Tengboche to Dingboche takes five hours. Elevation of the Dingboche is nearly 43 50m. You will pass the very old village Pangboche. If you are very interested you might entrance into the Pangboche monastery, where you will see mask of demon, gods, and man etc.. these masks keep their own religious value. They are very important to understand the present world as well. When arrived in Dingboche, after Lunch you might go to Nagarjun hill for acclimatizing, Nagarjun Hill is nearly 500m. more hike up from Dingboche, from where you will be lured with the charm of the ranges of mountains, you can trap some beautiful pictures in your camera. After finished looking should get back to Dingboche for over night. 06: Dingboche to Chukung: It takes two and half hours to get to Chukung from Dingboche. Chukung has 4850m. elevation. You need to wear good Jackets. Having your Lunch you might take rest, according to the high altitude elevation. You should walk 300m. to 400m. Time should be allocated like this in the high altitude places. Next day is very important day for Island peak climbers, your climbing guide gives you ample information regarding the elevation, technical procedures, knots, use of jumer descender , or you will get a small demonstration from your guide. If you need climbing equipments are available in Chukung tea shops. Rest of the time your staff will be very busy to manage base camp foods, or overall managements. You need to carry some chocolate bars ��� from Chukung, it is very important for the peak climbing periods. 07: Chukung to Island peak Base Camp: It takes approximately 4 hours, base camp is the 5300m. so you will need enough water in between Chukung and Base Camp, you should carry from Chukung, some pack Lunch or you need to take very heavy breakfast in chukung.Because, high altitude gets you lots of thirst etc� so water is very much important in the high places. After 12 pm starts wind blow, so your staff should go a bit earlier from Chukung to Base Camp to fix the tented accommodation camp. Where you need to sleep and your Base Camp staffs prepare your overall foods like tea coffee, lunch and Dinner as well. 08: Base Camp to Summit and get back to the Base Camp, some people go to High camp as well but there is the water scarcity, so better deciding to stay in Base Camp is much better for everybody In this day you need to sleep earlier in the evening, because you need to wake up earlier in the Morning, some people wake up 12 AM and taking some tea and coffee or a bit light breakfast, climbers start in one o’clock, some starts in two o’clock. Where you will get further information and time schedule etc. in the base camp. Another very much important things is your crampons should be fixed in your climbing boots. Because you can not fix your crampons in the 5900m. due to the very cold and early in the morning. Your hand will be cold etc. These every things information you will get from your guide, you need to carry enough water and breakfast for the climbing period. If you have thermos water bottle is better than other water bottle, because thermos keeps water warm / hot in the high elevation as well. # After using the crampons you should walk in the main rope first, in the Island peak there is two parts: first parts and second parts, in the first part you need to hike up through fixed rope which is made by your climbing guide. Where you need to use your safety ropes and jummer, safety rope is very important you need to stay all the time in the safety point. You need to take care your sun glass, day bag, gloves etc.. if this things went away you can not catch up. So you get lots of problem, in this case you need to cancel your climbing schedule as well. Because you can not climb up without gloves etc… and don’t forget your sun cream as well. It is very much important. Another important things tourists can climb their selves as well but they need to be joint in any trekking company in Kathmandu, individually NMA doesn’t issue the climbing permit. For individual tourist they should carry tents, mat, EPI cooking gas foods, ropes etc... In this way you can climb second part as well, which is not longer than the first one. Having arrived in the summit you can take pictures, like yours group pictures, mountain pictures, etc�.. sometime you will bothered by the strong windy so you need to get back carefully from top parts.
