Nar Phu Region Trekking is newly opened trekking area. Which is situated in Manang district.Nar and Phu these villages are nearby Tibet border. Actually these area are really beautiful in terms of naturally beauty, historical artifacts like: Buddhist monasteries and shrines. You will observe local people of these places. These villages are really remote and not so many people. Still yet there is not government amenities for them like: good school, health center and motor road. People are surviving doing Tibet trade. You will see unique world in Nar Phu. To some extent Potato, wheat, Buckwheat, Radish, Carrot etc. are grown up but these crops meets only 3/4 month within a year. So they need to transport their edible items from Beshishahar. Nowadays they have started tourism profession after opened these area for tourism activities.

You will get there different kind of landscape. This landscape and geological items let you enjoy lots. There are special features regarding the weather condition. Nar Phu villages remain dry whole time or within a year. You will see all houses like Manang settlement or roofless houses.

|Day 01: Kathmandu to Beshishahar 6/7 hrs by bus trek to Ngadi same day
Day 02: Ngadi to Jagat
Day 03: Jagat to Dharapani
Day 04: Dharapani to Koto
Day 05: Koto to Meta(village)better place for camping
Day 06: Meta to Kyang
Day 07: Kyang to Phu village
Day 08: Phu village rest day and will be some interesting excursion
Day 09: Phu to Nar Phedi, trek up to two hours and Lunch camp will be same place.
Day 10: Nar village to Khang- La Phedi about 5300m.
Day 11: Khang-La phedi to Ngawal village
Day 12: Ngawal village to Manang Village, from Manang trail splits to Tilicho pass and Throng pass
Day 13: Manang Village to Yak Kharka
Day 14: Yak Kharka to Throng Phedi
Day 15: Throng Phedi to Muktinath via throng pass 5416m.
Day 16: Muktinath to Jomsom
Day 17: Jomsom to Kalopani
Day 18: Kalopani to Tatopani, from Tatopani trails departs to Beni and Ghorepani.
Day 19: Tatopani to Ghorepani, from Ghorepani trail splits to Nayapul and Ghandruk and ABC.
Day 20: Ghorepani to Tikhedhunga
Day 21: Tikhedhunga to Nayapul one hr. by feet and back to Pokhara by vehicle.
